This kit includes 2 sets of 3 rope each (black rope only) pre-installed on to an included hanging ring. Each set/side has 3 ropes that replace the 3 existing ropes that are tied behind the arms on both sides.
Please Note: This kit does NOT include any rope for footrest/s.
